[eDebate] Illinois seeks swing partner for CEDA

Hello all,

This is very last minute, but we just had one of our debaters drop out of
the tournament, and I'm wondering if anyone has a swing partner for our
other debater - he's very nice, hardworking, and really wants to be able to
go - we'd be able to cover the late registration fee, overnight mail, etc.
We also have half a hotel room.
