CEDA places an affirmative obligation on Directors to report which of their 
students are not eligible to earn 
sweepstakes points.  If you have JV debaters that should not earn points 
(because they have previously 
advanced to 3 final rounds), transfer students, or any other student who 
should not earn points, PLEASE 
let me know.
