[eDebate] D6 SECEDA Prefs now open

You may now use debateresults to enter your (ordinal) ranking of judge 
preference for this weekend's tournament.

The absolute deadline for pref entry is 9 pm EST Thursday (tomorrow).

Prefs submitted after that time are not guaranteed to go into effect any 
sooner than round 3.
