[eDebate] Amendments to the CEDA constitution

The next CEDA business meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March, 23,  
during the CEDA National Tournament.

If you would like to submit an amendment, please send that to me no  
later than Friday, February 22.  I will post them for everyone  
shortly after the deadline.

If you have questions about the process or need help, please feel  
free to ask.
