[Phil Kerpen]

So-called controversy is perplexing in light of the facts.  In November I
received a phone call from Wolmer, who asked me to remove or modify a post
that defames her.  I agreed to look at it and remove or modify it as
appropriate, and asked her to send me the link to the post, which I assumed
during the phone call was on the local archives.  The below email exchange
then occurred, and she never replied again or contacted me again until I
began hearing from other folks about her odd claim that I ignored her.  The
fact remains that, as far as I know, there is no way for me to do anything
about mail-archive.com.
