[eDebate] Thanks to Northern Iowa

Thanks to Kate and the crew of the Northern Iowa debate team for
putting on a quality tournament.  With 67 teams, it ran on time, they
scouted with determination and everyone on staff had a smile on their
face even if their eyes were surrounded with black.  I encourage more
to attend next year.
