[eDebate] Capitol Debate High School Tournament - Info & Judge Call

Hello, our nonprofit started an annual high school debate tournament in
the DC area called the Capitol Debate Tournament.  It will be held on
October 27 and 28.  Info can be found at:

We are trying to build a TOC qualifier in our region so if you coach
high school, it would be great to have you join us.  We are also looking
for judges - we can pay $150 for the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
