[eDebate] Amendments to the CEDA constitution

The next business meeting is Friday, November 16 during the NCA  
convention in Chicago.  If you want an amendment considered at the  
meeting, I need to have a copy of the text no later than Wednesday,  
October 17.  I will distribute all amendments shortly after the  
deadline.
