[eDebate] Topic Size

Just cleared by inbox of the debate about topic size.  Good stuff... But I
had this idea.

I would suggest the topic committee to eschew any topic either too narrow OR
too broad, instead, writing one that's 'just right.'

The nice thing about this idea is that it avoids the pitfalls of both.
