[eDebate] Vegans @ NDT

I'm trying to figure out more precisely what vegans eat. I don't think the hotel catering has it down. My understanding is *no animal products."  But, what has no animal products in it?

pasta?
bread?

What type of food do vegans normally eat?

There are just 4 vegans @ the NDT, so if you are a vegan and you are coming to the NDT, let me know what type of stuff you eat and I'm sure I can get them to accomodate you.
