Hi Everyone:

There are several amendments to the constitution for consideration at  
the CEDA National Tournament.  Four are hold overs from the NCA  
meeting and five others are new.  You can find the amendments at  
www.cedadebate.org under the "business" and "amendments" links.  A  
proxy is available if you are unable to attend the meeting.  A full  
agenda for the meeting will be available soon.
