[eDebate] ALTA Submissions?

A random academic question for the list....has anyone gotten any response 
back on ALTA submissions? I haven't heard a word despite multiple attempts 
to get an answer...not even so much as a "Thanks but your paper stinks, try 
again next time."

Wondering if anyone has heard anything...
