In baseball if you show up with a lacrosse stick you wont be allowed to
play. You wont get to start the game, you wont get to swing, you just wont
play. In debate if you showed up with a lacrosse stick you would be allowed
to play.

Why doesnt the structural difference in the games make most of peoples
misfit analogies contextually inapplicable?
