[eDebate] Please check your GSU entries online

Some of the very early entries to our tournament seem to have disappeared
from debateresults.com. If you have already entered, check again to make
sure your entries are still there.

I have updated the info for the tournament so that it now shows up when you
click the "college policy" button.
