Mark this down. I think a substantial change in college policy debate will occur
within the next three years.

Namely, I think there will be a switch back to a CEDA type resoluton circa 1999
and/or a semester long topic. Tuna's dream has been a long nightmare and it is
time schools wake up from the travesty that had been called the CEDA/NDT
merger.
