Big differences between 2004 election and this topic vote:

1) 2004 had relatively high interest and participation, arguments were 
being made for and against the candidates. This topic vote has had 
virtually no expressed interest.

2) Much bigger difference between Bush and Kerry (the Court topic taught 
you nothing?) even beyond the decades long impact Alito and Roberts will 
have. These four topics on the other hand, minor differences.

3) Bush election killed people and still is. The topics are deadly 
boring at worst.
