what faith do you have that topic committee wont  hijack your topic as well?
i dont feel like you have a mechanism to prevent them from doing so and the
best parts of your thought will be put to work for the ideological desires
of the topic committee. If that happened despite you working through the
process would you support a reversion to the less ideologically ossifying
topics you originally suggest?
