[eDebate] Rounds Available for District 7 Tournament

Carly Shoupe has asked me to post that she is available to judge at the
District 7 tournament.  She'll either be able to cover all 8 for districts
or the full 5 + elims for the JV/Novice side.

Transportation isn't required but housing for Friday and Saturday night
would be highly appreciated.
