Do debaters who participate in high school home-school policy debate,
specifically the NCFCA (National Christian Forensics and
Communications Association), have these rounds count towards their
eligibility?

While in District 7 I know that some of the coaches expressed that
their students came from this background and was curious how this was
handled?
