[eDebate] Upcoming topic area vote

The vote for next year's topic area is coming up next week. From what I observed
over the past few days at the NDT (excellent event), I am sure many of those who
will be voting are exhausted. However, I urge all those program directors that
intend to vote to read the topic proposals that have been made prior to
actually voting.
