[eDebate] GSU Caselist and Packet Web Site -- Announcement

As many of you have noticed, my ISP has shut off the web site we've been
using for caselist and packet distribution because we've gone over my
bandwidth limit.

We have received an offer from another site to host the caselist, and are
working on that right now. We will post a note to this listserv when we have
the problem solved.

In the meantime, if you need the packet, e-mail me and I'll send it to you
directly.
