[eDebate] Deadline to enter JMU

I will be closing the entries at noon on Tuesday. Please make whatever  
adjustments you need to by then. 
 
Also, we are tight on judging so if you have any extra rounds please let us  
know - we would be happy to take them off your hands. Or if someone in DC is  
interested in coming down to judge we may be interested in hiring you.
