We intend to release these pairings at registration at approximately 9pm.  We will also post them to edebate.

1) Yes, we ranked the teams for presets
2) Yes, we used those rankings for the purposes of creating presets in rounds 1 & 2
3) Yes, Aaron Kall, 1 & 2 apply to Michigan.
