[eDebate] Harvard prefs -- some are getting errors

I know some of you are still unable to load the Harvard prefs, but about 10 teams have already loaded and filled out all of their prefs, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

I emailed Jon.

I'll let you know when it is fixed.
