[eDebate] Seeking JV swing partner at Central Oklahoma

We at UTD have an individual debater seeking a swing partner for the UCO tournament. He ould prefer to compete in the JV division (can go in Varsity and did so at the Wichita State tournament).

UTD can cover the judging. Fees can be split.
