[eDebate] Debateresults status

The web page I program runs through a server maintained by the CSUF IT
people.  That server has had problems with email relays, so any time
anyone uses the debateresults page and it sends an email the pages
crash.  I've been in touch with the IT people and they're working on it.
The problem isn't with the debateresults code so there's nothing I can
do with it, but I will stay on top of the IT folks to try to get a swift
resolution.  I'll post again when the issue is resolved.
