[eDebate] Another Emporia Update

We've just had a team drop from the novice division which puts it at
5.  If you are attending the Emporia tourny, have a novice team, and
don't want novice collapsed into JV, now is the time to enter them.
If I don't get any entries by 5pm, the divisions will be collapsed.
