[eDebate] 50th WFU Franklin Shirely now open on DebateResults

I expect most know by now, but the 50th Dixie Classic tournament is now 
open for entry on Bruschke's site.  Note to guarantee a team at the 
tournament much be entered by Oct. 25th.
Two teams may be entered, more than one are entered to the waitlist to 
be added according to criteria at
