Makes a lot of sense to issue more sanctions against a people that are having to
engage in cannibalism to survive, and half the people under 30 are stunted or
mentally retarded because they are undernourished. (insert sarcasm for the
obtuse)

Hmmmmm Sanctions versus 30 daisy cutters? I think the daisy cutter approach
would be more humane.
