[eDebate] UTSA need to replace hired judge

Hello folks--Dustin Rimmey is no longer able to cover the six rounds he
was hired to do. We are in need of someone to pick up those six rounds,
quickly--I don't want to mess up the judging preference pool.

We can pay $25.00 per round for someone who will be at Kentucky and has
accommodations. Sorry we can't offer some fabulous signing bonus, but
reality bites my dreams all too often.
