[eDebate] video archiving

I'm trying to collect as many old debate videos as possible. If anyone has
some footage or knows someone who has footage, let me know. I'm trying to
get footage from 1996 and earlier. Anything would be nice. CEDA/NDT is
preferable, but high school, parliamentary, oratory, etc. would all be
welcome. Keep in mind, i'm trying to do this for cheap.
