[eDebate] Archives Up

I have rebuilt the archives from the inception of eDebate, including the 
four years before I hosted it.  Took some massaging to get all the old 
archive ile to parse and it wasn't quite perfect, but it's pretty good.  
Unfortunately, using this software there was no obvious way to  get 
reverse chronological listings, so the newest postings will now appear 
at the bottom.
