[eDebate] Prefs open for Joe C. Jackson

Hey all,

Just making everyone aware that online prefs for the Joe C. Jackson at 
UCO this weekend are now open.  Prefs only apply to open teams.  Each 
team needs a total of 10 A's, 11 B's, and 11 C's.  If you have any 
problems or questions, just let me know.  We are exited to be hosting 
this weekend.
