[eDebate] Gender/Race observation at the TOC

I'm sure this has occurred many times earlier this year, but at the TOC 
this past weekend there were no white male program directors with the 
four programs in the semi-finals - GBS (Tara Tate), GBN (Christina 
Tallungan), Lexington (Nicole Serrano) and Greenhill (Aaron Timmons).  
Add two more of the quarter-final programs - Centerville (Marie Dzuris) 
and Westminster (Jenny Heidt).

Congrats to them for their accomplishments.
