I sent my final round ballot off to Louden to post on the wake website. 
I couldn't get the formatting on edebate to work right, so hopefully Al
can access the word attachment and have it go well there.  I assume even
this little section will look a bit crazy, but here goes anyway.

Finding out 30 minutes before the Doubles of the NDT that I'm going
