Late night dining in Dallas 
Here is a list of places where you  can grab a bite to eat no matter how late 
you stay up cutting cards. All of  these places are less than 15 minutes away 
from the  Westin.

Cuba Libre just missed my Top Ten  list. It did top the list as the “Best 
Late Night Restaurant” in Dallas for 2002 and 2003.  A trendy place but 
shockingly not overpriced. They serve the full menu until  1:45 am. I love the Taco 
Platters but these aren’t your ordinary tacos. Their  taco platters feature items 
like the Surf & Turf with Spicy Beef  Tenderloin, Mojo Shrimp, Jalape–o Jack 
Cheese, Carmelized Onions & Diablo  Mayo.

Buzzbrews is nother 24 hour option.  I haven’t ever been to this place but it 
is run by a former manager at Café  Brazil so I like your chances of  getting 
a good meal.

Started as a burger joint Steak n  Shake is a large chain that has expanded 
to a classic diner menu. If the rest of  the debate crowd beats you to the 
Alpha location the Montfort location is just  another mile or two away. You can 
drive thru or go inside 24 hours a day. If  half your group wants fast food and 
the other wants to sit down this is a pretty  good compromise.

The one on North Central is the  closet location to the hotel and its drive 
thru is open until midnight. The  location on Peterson has a 24 hour drive 
through and it’s also close  by.

get back to the Westin from this location  you can just go South on Montfort 
to 635 (about 3 miles). Go East on 635 and  take the Coit exit.
