Barbecue Places
If this is what you are looking for you came to the right city. As I
indicated in my Top Ten list people take their barbecue seriously in Texas and so
asking who has the best is also serious business. Not being a native Texan I’ll
take the easy way out and say that I’m glad I don’t have to pick one place.
I’ll indicate what I like about each one below.

This is my least favorite place but it’s less than a mile and it’s solid if
not spectacular. And, of course, that’s just my opinion some people swear by
Dickey’s.

I think Spring Creek has the best ribs, the best turkey and they take rolls
hot out of the oven and haul them around in a basket to give you one. I love
that.

This is where I go when I want something just a bit different. The tangy
spice Memphis style bbq.

Their ribs are a close second to Spring Creek and I think they have the best
brisket.
