I agree with everything Jenny Heidt just posted.

I just consolidated all the info I got and transferred
it to the site.  That's easy, especially since Kloster
did half of it.  

If anyone has any opinions on that side of things
(don't use rtf, organize aff/neg instead, put up some
rockin' animated gifs and a swirling background, etc),
feel free to backchannel customer comments.  Do bear
in mind that there's some emphasis on speed posting
over features, so comments about how "I have this
awesome idea for a very complex new feature" will
probably be disregarded.
