Hi, everyone!  We're now up to about 40% of teams having plan texts (or 
equivalents).  That's in large part because schools have started submitting 
other schools' plan texts (and I encourage that, as long as it's public 
information).  Please pick up the pace.  It's fair, and it will allow you 
more sleep on Friday night.

I'm just waiting on one or two small things, and then I'll be able to open 
judge preferences this evening (probably around 8:00 Eastern time, but 
that's up for grabs).
