We are back online this morning and currently discussing the Topic Selection process and reforms presented. Currently under discussion is the issues raised by Jackie Massey, Ede Warner, and Tim Mahoney in terms of reforms.

Starting at around 10am, Mike Davis will begin his program on Program Retention and Development.
