[eDebate] 2007 NDT

As stated at the website, ALL debates for the 2007 NDT will occur at the 
Westin.

Also as stated at the website, the debates will occur in the hotel's 
convention space on floors 2-3 and in junior and senior suites on floors 
17-19.  These room are all quite large.
