After seeing this year's rez, i'll throw down the following bet.  Who wants 
to take the over/under on how many years it takes until the rez is just one 
aff, with the plan text written?  The over/under is 7 years.  I'd like to 
take the under please    :  )

Once again Mancuso's prediction of which rez wins is true.  I guess that 
much experience on the topic com. means you can predict with accuracy.
