[eDebate] Seeking JV swing partner at North Texas

We at UTD have an individual debater seeking a swing partner for the upcoming North Texas tournament. He's a frosh and he would prefer to compete in the JV division. He cleared in the JV as a member of a hybrid team at UCO tournament in November.
