[eDebate] 4 rounds @$50 per round--GSU

WVU is still looking to hire 4 rounds of judging at Georgia State.  We will 
pay $50 per round, cash on the spot (the sum total of our bureaucratic 
procedure is you need to sign a receipt).  If you have rounds off, do you 
really think you will watch your teams?  Do you really think the people you 
will talk to are that interesting?
We'll take the first 4 rounds that are offered (we'll take less than 4 each 
from more than one person).
