[eDebate] ? re summer meeting

I am working on a proposal that I will be asking the CEDA executive council  
to consider that would encourage CEDA to take a formal role in encouraging  
projects like those that Towson is undertaking. I will forward to proposal to  
edebate when it is completed (hopefully at least a week before the summer  
meeting) for feedback.
