[eDebate] More Tournaments and Workshops for 2006-2007

I must echo the exclamation of my good friend and colleague, the gentleman from Poughkeepsie.  What a major initiative by our friends at Towson!  The West Virginia University Debate Team commits to supporting this initiative with our participation and by offering free entry to our JV/Novice Nats 2007 to any program that:
1.  is a result of this initiative;
2.  Towson, for taking the initiative;
3.  any program that supports the initiative by entering two or more teams in each of the four Towson tournaments.
