[eDebate] 2nd Annual Georgia Intercollegiate Debate Institute

Once again, GSU will be hosting a college debate institute. Thanks to
the revised topic announcement system, we will be able to hold the
camp a week earlier and make use of the GSU Village for housing. The
village is the converted olympic housing complex from the the 96
games, and will allow attendees to have their own private bedrooms, as
well as a common living room and kitchen.
