[eDebate] ???Overturning Roe v Wade????

Do people think that affirmatives which argue that roe should be overturned 
in order to increase abortion rights will actuallly influence whether or not 
and how the supreme court overturns roe?  If not, what is this "cooption" 
argument Andy speaks of?  And if so, am i missing something??
