[eDebate] Topic Committee

We will be holding an impromptu topic committee meeting tomorrow
morning in the Houston room at 9:30 AM to discuss the topic area
papers the committee has received.  If anyone wishes to drop by and
offer their insights it would be welcomed.  I posted the papers to the
list yesterday but it may have been too big to post so it's held up.
